White Rose Maths for Years 1 and 2

The White Rose Maths team have designed a series of maths lessons that you can do with your child at home. Click on the links below to access the FREE lessons. We recommend that you do one of the lessons everyday:

Reading

Please ensure that your child reads regulalrly at home each day. We would recommend that your child reads for at least 30 minutes each day. For younger children, parents may wish to read to their child and listen to the child read.

BBC Bitesize online lessons

The BBC website has a section called Bitesize and they are creating new lessons every week to keep you on track with your learning.

You'll find daily lessons for homeschooling in Maths and English for every year group, as well as regular lessons in Science, History, Geography and more.

The homeschooling lessons have been created with teachers and other educational experts. They feature a mix of videos, animations, practice activities, quizzes and games.
